Life is not about possession, but about movement — flowing freely and lightly between matter, body, and soul. This course explores that living current through Tantra, where awareness transforms energy into grace, peace, celebration, and joy.
In spring, the energies of the Cosmos and the Sun grow stronger and are absorbed by the Earth and nature, where they are further transformed. If this awakening happens unconsciously, it can lead to disturbance; when met consciously, it becomes a source of harmony and happiness.
Tantra teaches that physical energy naturally becomes vital, sexual, and mental energy. These forces are dual in nature: they can bring both pleasure and suffering, yet they are essential for movement, creation, and life. Their masculine and feminine, contracting and relaxing qualities can be consciously united by a human being — from body to soul and beyond.
Within Tantra, there is no place for pressure, anger, demands, or falsehood. True freedom and bliss arise through truth and responsibility toward all beings and all life. This is not merely an idea, but something to be directly felt, experienced, and lived.
During this process, participants learn to sense, cultivate, and transform flow and tension — first in the large muscles, organs, and body parts, then in the finer layers, down to cells and atoms. The experience is natural, gentle, and deeply alive, gradually opening into higher dimensions of being and fuller realization of human potential. This may also include the experience of Kundalini or the Dao.
The discourse and course include the birth, sensing, and transformation of primary and secondary energy tensions and flow, both individually and as a couple, along with their interaction and laws. The program also includes reviews, Tantra and meditation practices, sharing, and insights.
Participation is possible in the discourse only, in both the discourse and workshop, or in the full course.
