Lunar Yin Yoga Teacher Training 100H

Guided by the moon’s quiet presence and its sense of mystery, this 100-hour teacher training opens the door to a deeper dimension of inner calm. It is designed for those who want to expand their understanding of Yin yoga and explore how this practice supports health, balance, and lasting well-being.

The program focuses on slow, long-held asanas that gently challenge the body’s connective tissues while encouraging release and a profound meditative state. Along the way, you will study anatomy, breathwork, and mindfulness in depth, building the skills to guide students toward greater body awareness and emotional intelligence.

Throughout the training, you will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge, along with the personal yoga experience needed to develop into a confident Yin yoga teacher. The retreat also offers a meaningful opportunity to connect with like-minded participants, share values centered on wellness, and grow within a supportive community.

This is a transformative journey for your own practice and for the future students you will inspire.
