From there, 360-degree mandala patterns began to shape the practice, informed by Vedic mythology, the water element, fascia, spinal waves, and aquatic bodywork. What emerged was not just a sequence, but a meaningful and functional healing art form.

Training Details

Each of the three 100-hour modules can be taken individually or combined for the full 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification.

Tuition Fee: $1,875 USD

Included: Tuition with world-class teachers, 100HR Yoga Alliance Certification (part of the 300hr), access to Kayu Mama yoga shala, lush gardens, spa, café and pool, SóHA YTT manuals, daily organic brunch, magical excursions, and SóHA Tribe gifts.

Not included: Travel, accommodation, insurance, or additional meals.

The training is intentionally intimate and limited in size, and it typically sells out in advance.

Kayu Mama Resort & Spa is a family-run eco-boutique hotel set in a secluded forest, just minutes from Uluwatu’s famous waves, restaurants, and white sand beaches. It offers a space to restore, nourish, and explore healthy living in harmony with the island.
