A 100-hour training for yoga teachers who want to refine their creative voice, deepen their understanding of Mandala Vinyasa, and offer classes that truly feel distinctive.
You love teaching yoga, yet something feels held back. The sequences you learned in your first training may now feel repetitive, mechanical, and a little too familiar.
Maybe you scroll through Instagram and notice teachers with a strong, recognizable style, and you wonder how to find that same sense of confidence in your own teaching.
Or perhaps you feel drawn to something more artistic and fluid, but you are not sure how to begin. After teaching the same “standard” sequence for so long, you may have lost touch with play, experimentation, and self-expression.
Deep down, you know there is an artist within you. You simply want the tools to bring it forward.
This training is for teachers craving fresh inspiration, renewed energy, and a way of teaching that feels alive again. It is also for those looking for a specialization that can open doors to workshops and attract students seeking something memorable.
The roots of Lucid Flow began in the ocean, through a water healing session that sparked a profound inner shift. Later, while surfing, the connection became clear: movement could be fluid, responsive, and co-created with the element of water in the moment.
From there, 360-degree mandala patterns began to shape the practice, informed by Vedic mythology, the water element, fascia, spinal waves, and aquatic bodywork. What emerged was not just a sequence, but a meaningful and functional healing art form.
When this approach was shared with students, many said they had never experienced yoga in this way before. It created space to move freely, express creatively, and reconnect with joy. For many teachers, it became a return to artistry.
Rather than teaching from a fixed template, Lucid Flow invites you to approach yoga like music: with structure, rhythm, and room for improvisation. Each class becomes a unique composition shaped by the people in front of you and the energy of the moment.
Each of the three 100-hour modules can be taken individually or combined for the full 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification.
Tuition Fee: $1,875 USD
Included: Tuition with world-class teachers, 100HR Yoga Alliance Certification (part of the 300hr), access to Kayu Mama yoga shala, lush gardens, spa, café and pool, SóHA YTT manuals, daily organic brunch, magical excursions, and SóHA Tribe gifts.
Not included: Travel, accommodation, insurance, or additional meals.
