During this intensive, participants receive instruction in, and extended experience of, Living Awareness Meditation — a simple yet profound practice designed to calm body and mind, connect with Source, and support greater energy, intelligence, balance, and well-being in daily life.
Living Awareness Meditation grew from Peter’s study of traditional Balinese wisdom, combined with 40 years of meditation practice and a lifelong exploration of higher states of consciousness and the unfolding of awareness.
It brings Balinese wisdom into a living form, offering a doorway to awakening.
