Kundalini Yoga is a powerful, transformative practice that awakens inner energy through breathwork, mantra, movement, and deep meditation. It is intended to open energetic pathways, support chakra balance, and reconnect you with a place of clarity, vitality, and bliss. Each class offers space to explore your inner world and broaden awareness in a safe, grounded way. Open to all levels, this practice nurtures both physical wellbeing and spiritual growth.
Originally from the UK, Jennifer began teaching as part of her bachelor’s degree in 2010 and has since taught and led retreats across Europe, Asia, and South America. She trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Mantra in Nepal, and later studied Transformational Yoga in India with Swami Vidyanand, within the South Indian lineage of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
Jennifer honors the uniqueness of each student and each class, blending modern practices with as much authenticity to the traditional teachings as possible. Her classes follow a theme rather than a fixed plan, and typically combine movement, pranayama, observation, mantra, and sound, creating room for students to connect more deeply with their bodies, multidimensional selves, and inner being.
Jeni creates a space where students can feel safe and relaxed in the present moment, deepen awareness, and connect with a more divine, unified aspect of self and life.
