In a culture that celebrates constant doing, deep rest can feel unfamiliar β even unsettling.
Many of us have lost touch with what it means to truly rest. Not sleep, not distraction, and not simply collapsing from exhaustion, but the kind of rest that helps the nervous system soften, the breath deepen, and the body remember safety.
This month, we explore sound as a form of medicine.
Through sound healing, gentle yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices, we create space for the body to move out of survival mode and into restoration. Special attention is given to the vagus nerve, one of the bodyβs key pathways for calm, digestion, emotional regulation, and resilience.
When the vagus nerve is under-supported, it can show up as anxiety, fatigue, shallow breathing, digestive discomfort, poor sleep, and the feeling of always being βon.β
This retreat is an invitation to return to stillness.
The intention of this retreat is to offer a safe space for deep nervous system restoration.
By exploring the connection between sound, frequency, rest, and vagal tone, we begin to support the bodyβs natural ability to regulate itself.
This month is not about doing more.
It is about learning how to receive, soften, and restore.
This is more than a relaxation retreat.
It is a thoughtfully held experience designed to help participants understand how chronic stress lives in the body β and how deep rest can become a therapeutic practice.
Through sound healing, restorative movement, and vagus nerve regulation tools, participants are given practical ways to support calm long after the retreat ends.
The focus is not escape.
It is regulation.
This June Wellness Saturday is a deeply restorative, sensory-led experience designed to support nervous system regulation through sound, stillness, and embodied awareness.
You will be guided through:
This experience is especially supportive if you:
No prior experience is required β only a willingness to slow down and listen.

Ashley
Our special guest, Ashley, will lead a Nervous System Reset Sound Therapy Session. With a love for therapeutic experiences, she works with sound, intuitive movement, and breathwork. She has found that bringing these practices together can support profound restoration and deeper connection.
Each sound therapy session offers an environment to experience deep relaxation, release tension, and flow with a sense of wellbeing.
Sound healing creates a receptive, calming effect on the nervous system, connecting us with our unique vibratory being. Through varied instruments, music, tones, and vibration to balance body, mind, and spirit, you are invited to enjoy music for the soul.
Together, we will create a grounded, supportive container where regulation is felt β not forced β and change emerges naturally.
Deep Rest is part of a larger wellness journey focused on sustainable healing rather than temporary relief.
Each monthly retreat offers a different lens on wellbeing β helping participants reconnect with the body, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance in a lasting way.
This month lays the foundation for true restoration.
Sometimes healing begins not with effort, but with permission to rest.
This month is your invitation to pause.
To soften.
To receive.
To remember that restoration is not a luxury β it is essential.
