Sleep Reset ~ Rebuilding Rest in a Wired World
11 July — part of the 2026 Nervous System Series by Hara Shanti.
We live in a world that is overstimulated, over-connected, and under-rested. Even when exhaustion is present, deep sleep can still feel just out of reach. Racing thoughts, night waking, restless mornings, and nervous system fatigue often hide behind the appearance of productivity.
This month’s retreat explores sleep as more than a nighttime concern. It reflects the way we move through the entire day. Through yoga, nervous system support, circadian rhythm awareness, breathwork, and sleep therapy practices, participants are guided toward rebuilding rest from the inside out.
Better sleep does not come from trying harder. It grows through safety, rhythm, regulation, and repair. The intention of this retreat is to help restore a natural relationship with deep, nourishing sleep while exploring the patterns that quietly disturb rest — chronic stress, blood sugar imbalance, overstimulation, emotional load, poor boundaries, and nervous system hypervigilance.
This is not a collection of quick sleep tips or better bedtime habits. It is an invitation to understand sleep as a whole-body wellness practice. Participants will receive practical tools and embodied experiences that support nervous system repair, hormonal balance, and sustainable rhythms that continue well beyond the retreat itself.
The goal is not only better sleep. It is better living.
No prior knowledge of fermentation is required.
This workshop will be led in collaboration with a guest practitioner specialising in fermentation and gut health education. Details of the collaborating expert will be confirmed shortly. What remains constant is Hara Shanti’s commitment to working alongside practitioners who value evidence-informed approaches, integrity, and depth.
The Sleep Reset is part of a broader wellness journey designed to help participants move from chronic depletion into sustainable vitality. Each retreat builds on the understanding that true wellbeing begins with nervous system safety and foundational restoration. This month is about reclaiming one of the body’s most essential healing rhythms.
Each session stands alone. Together, they create a powerful arc of education and integration.
This month invites you to slow down, soften the noise, rebuild trust with rest, and return to the kind of sleep that nourishes rather than simply carrying you through the next day.
