Description
Summer arrives in full brightness, with the sun high overhead and the world revealed in clear, uncompromising light. In this setting, the practice turns inward, inviting a deep and honest encounter with the self.
During this meditation immersion, participants will explore the path of studying the self, forgetting the self, and glimpsing Buddha Nature through silent practice. Held in quiet communion with a community of human and non-human beings, this retreat offers space for collective awakening and reflection.
Please note: sesshin is a disciplined silent meditation retreat and can be physically and mentally demanding. It is not recommended for beginners. To attend in person, you must first complete either one of the silent weekend retreats or a five- to seven-day silent retreat at another Zen Center before registering for longer Zen retreats.
