This project is designed to cultivate relaxation, connection, and overall wellness. We want you to rest, meet new people, and, above all, gain useful knowledge for your everyday life. We invite you to explore a different way of spending your weekend.
Reserve this time to enjoy quality moments with the person who matters most: you. During this in-person retreat, we will take part in several live guided meditations. If you have no previous experience, there is no need to worry; we will begin with a brief introduction to what mindfulness is and how to practice it in a simple way.
