As the season gently turns inward, this immersive wellness journey invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what matters most. Rooted in embodied practice, the retreat blends dynamic and restorative yoga, conscious movement, breathwork, meditation, and subtle ceremonial moments to support inner transformation in a grounded, spacious way.
Surrounded by the soft calm of the Greek autumn and the last warmth of summer, guests are guided into an exploration of sensation, awareness, and inner landscapes. Each practice is designed to refine vitality into clarity, movement into insight, and stillness into a more receptive way of listening. Here, body, mind, and spirit are held in a quiet, nourishing rhythm, supported by the natural shift of the season.
Each day begins gently with nature through guided meditation and pranayama. This is followed by an uplifting, well-balanced Vinyasa Flow that channels energy, synchronizes breath and movement, and prepares body and mind for the day ahead.
As the sun sets, the pace softens with calming practices such as Yin Yoga, Slow Flow, Restorative Movements, or gentle pranayama techniques. These evening sessions are designed to help release the energy of the day and ease into rest.

Your teacher
Based in Berlin, Marlene Schmitt is an internationally trained yoga teacher with more than 20 years of bodywork experience. Her vision is to share yoga in an open, non-dogmatic way that is accessible to all.
In 2017, she co-founded Yoga on the Move, a collective offering yoga studio classes, pop-up events, online courses, and trainings.
For Marlene, teaching is about creating a space where everyone can simply be, fully present and connected through breath. Her creative and powerful Vinyasa sequences encourage deeper consciousness, strengthen the body-mind connection, and help release habitual thought patterns and beliefs.
After guiding many retreats across Europe, she is excited to share her experience and accompany you on your personal journey.
“Marlene’s professionalism, authenticity, and talent are rare to find. Her broad knowledge, drawn from many yoga lineages, makes her teaching unique and well-rounded.
