

This 5-day course invites you to explore the healing wisdom of ancient India through a blend of theory and hands-on practice. Designed to support personal growth and greater balance, it offers practical tools for self-healing, transformation, and everyday well-being.
During the program, you will discover how to integrate yoga and meditation according to Ayurveda, support healthy digestion, and gently eliminate toxins. You will also be introduced to pulse, tongue, and body diagnosis, self-massage and detox practices, the use of common remedies and herbs, and Ayurvedic cooking.
The course covers the history, philosophy, and cosmology of Ayurveda, along with its fundamental principles and approach to health and well-being. Diet, lifestyle, medicinal herbs, and cleansing and rejuvenating practices are also included. As part of the cleansing practice, a Temazcal, the traditional Mayan sauna, will be included.
