You may have been craving a place where you can finally set things down — a place that supports you instead of asking you to hold everything together.
Perhaps you have been longing to stop performing and simply feel your way back into belonging. To let the body lead, before the mind rushes in.
Maybe what you need most is space: room to feel, to process, to soften, and to let your nervous system exhale.
hOMe is an immersive yoga and bhakti retreat led by Pippa Moss and Edo (Edo & Jo), created as a gentle return to yourself. You are warmly invited.
COMING HOME
For many of us, it takes a couple of days to truly land. That is not a problem — it is simply the rhythm of modern life, which often moves faster than our natural pace. Retreat life offers a different tempo, away from routine and habit, giving the nervous system time to settle, process, and open to more aliveness and joy within a supportive, village-like community.
This week is not designed as a straight path toward a fixed outcome. Instead, it moves like a spiral: returning to the same ground each day, but with a little more depth each time, until what has been carried can finally rest and what wants to emerge has space to do so.
Throughout the retreat, you will be guided through mantra, movement, meditation, breath, and sound. No expertise is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to explore. The theme of home runs through the week, not as a destination, but as something remembered.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each morning begins in silence with Qi Gong-inspired movement, barefoot on the grass, followed by morning sadhana including mantra, kriyas, meditation, and pranayama.
After a nourishing breakfast, you will gather for yoga asana practice — an invitation to meet your body with kindness and curiosity.
Following lunch, the afternoons are open for rest and renewal: time by the pool, a gentle forest hike, a nap, tea in hand, a book in the hammock, or simply watching nature unfold.
As evening arrives, the group comes together for mantra practice, a Vedic sound bath, restorative yoga, or a dedicated mantra workshop. Two full kirtan concerts are included during the week.
There will also be one afternoon free for integration, with the option of a beach trip. That evening, everyone gathers again under the new moon for kirtan beneath the darkest, most star-filled sky of the month.
YOUR HOSTS
Pippa and Edo first met during yoga teacher training more than ten years ago. Edo introduced Pippa to the harmonium, and from there, mantra opened a new path. Their journeys later moved apart for a decade, before coming full circle to share this retreat as a unique expression of movement, mantra, and meditation.
Pippa Moss
Yoga & Movement
Pippa’s teaching supports people in coming home to their bodies. Her sessions weave dynamic movement with deep somatic awareness, creating space for real reconnection rather than performance. She brings warmth, experience, and a grounded presence that helps people feel safe to arrive exactly as they are.
Edo (Edo & Jo)
Mantra & Meditation
Edo is an internationally renowned musician, mantra artist, and facilitator devoted to the power of sacred sound. An award-winning singer-songwriter and major label artist, his path changed after a life-altering experience in India, leading him from the indie-rock stage toward meditation, mantra, and service. His work with Edo & Jo has reached over 100 million streams worldwide.
