“Today I take care of myself.” The wish to care for body and soul through the elements of water, earth, fire, and air is as old as humanity itself. Marissa Cosma Vitelli will guide you through this ancestral wisdom.
On the first evening, the experience begins gently with a sweet clover infusion and a scrub made from rose petals and Dead Sea salt. The rose reminds us of our inner queen and prepares us for the transformative Wenik ceremony. Here, you practice receiving and releasing while sinking deeper into connection with yourself and nature.
The Wenik massage is a ritual cleansing experience in the sauna. After soft birch steam and the infusion, you are cleansed and warmed with birch branches. The ritual may optionally conclude with a refreshing plunge into the clear lake, followed by quiet reflection beneath the stars.
Under the guidance of Marlene from Body Poetry, you will experience Somatic Yoga and Sensual Movement. Rather than self-optimization, the focus is on pure enjoyment of movement and trust in your own body. This work awakens intuitive body knowledge and rekindles a love of movement.
In addition, you will receive practical tools for mindful self-care routines, including nourishing self-massages and cleansing face masks. In the protected sister circle, you can share openly, let your masks fall away, and experience the magic of true sisterhood.
