Boot Camp Fitness
Each day includes 4 to 8 hours of low-impact activity, centered around a varied and engaging fitness program. Mornings are active, while afternoons are reserved for rest and relaxation. Guests can enjoy time with a book by the lagoon pool, a visit to the beach, or a restorative spa treatment or holistic therapy, followed by late afternoon yoga. Evenings are calm and restorative, with yoga Nidra and meditation.
Many activities take place outdoors, allowing you to benefit from fresh sea air, mood-boosting movement, and beautiful coastal views. During your free time, you may also choose from a menu of face and body treatments offered by the wellness spa team.

Accommodation
The award-winning retreat home and spa is located in Spain, nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. It is a peaceful setting, just a short walk from the pretty local beach, and an ideal place to retreat, relax, and revive.
Each guest stays in a spacious private suite with a terrace or balcony, with no single supplement. Facilities include a stunning outdoor lagoon pool and a low-level pool with spacious sunbathing terraces, a spacious yoga and pilates studio, a private restaurant, and a guest chill-out lounge with herbal tea and water provided. The gated complex offers exclusivity, privacy, and security, and the beach is just a gentle 10-minute walk away.
Boot Camp Food
The fresh, organic, Mediterranean-inspired menu is a key part of the retreat and one of the things guests love most. Meals are prepared daily by the dedicated retreat chef and team using local organic produce. The cuisine is clean, gut-friendly, nutrient-dense, unprocessed, and sugar-free, with a strong focus on food as medicine, nutritional value, healing support, and alkalinity.
The menu is free from soy, alcohol, coffee, gluten, dairy, red meat, unnatural sugars, wheat, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives. Special dietary needs, food allergies, and intolerances can also be catered for.
