This residential YTTC is designed for committed yogis who want to deepen their understanding of yoga, strengthen their personal practice, and learn how to confidently share it with others. The program combines theory and practical training rooted in the classical yoga tradition. Each week includes one full day without lectures, giving you time for self-study, journaling, and personal integration. Upon completion, graduates receive an internationally recognized certification that meets the Yoga Alliance 200-hour standard for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS).
