Heart chakra half day retreat 9 am - 1 pm Saturday 16th July

Join this heart-centered half-day retreat from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday 16th July for a gentle introduction to the heart chakra and the ways it can influence our emotional and energetic wellbeing when it is out of balance.

Throughout the morning, you will explore the colour, sound, and scents associated with this chakra, gaining a deeper understanding of its qualities and symbolism. The experience is designed to be both informative and restorative, offering space to slow down and reconnect.

With time to connect to Mother Earth and to yourself, this retreat invites you into a more grounded, open, and harmonious state. You will leave feeling more attuned, centred, and balanced within.
