Healing Voice Workshop

Join Kate O’Connell for a nourishing day of voice exploration at Anam Cara, designed to help you connect more deeply with your creativity and express your inner self with confidence.

Taking place on Saturday 14 September from 10am to 4pm, the workshop costs £60, with some concessions available. It offers a supportive space to discover the healing potential of your natural voice through a blend of Qi Gong movement, breathwork, vocal exercises, creative harmonies, and uplifting a cappella harmony songs.

Warm, empowering, and accessible to all, this workshop suits every level of experience — whether you are new to singing or already have a strong voice practice. Advance booking is essential.

Kate is based on the Black Isle and leads four community choirs, a small performance group, and a private voice practice. She works with individuals to explore the creative and healing potential of the voice, and brings additional insight from her recent training in Singing for Lung Health and Qi Gong for health and vitality.
