HEALING RETREAT

This is a distinctive retreat designed to support you in working through what is currently limiting or holding you back. Over five days, we will move through a shared healing journey, holding space for the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of experience.

The retreat is highly experiential, which means we will not only share knowledge, but also engage in live process work together. Past participants have shared that this combination made the experience especially powerful. Somatic work is remarkable in its ability to interrupt old patterns and open the door to new ways of responding, without remaining caught in habitual behaviors from the past.

Johanna, Stefan, and Henning bring many years of experience in the process of breaking down and rebuilding themselves as human beings. They offer practices, research, and wisdom drawn from somatics, psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, Buddhism, yoga, and shamanism, all of which have played a role in their own healing journeys.

If this speaks to your curiosity, you are warmly invited to join. This is one of the most transformative retreats we offer.

As with previous retreats, it is open to anyone seeking a catalyst for change or a deeper step into their healing process. It gathers a unique group of people from many parts of the world and from many different walks of life.

Are you ready to go deep? To feel, laugh, cry, share, and care? We certainly are, and we look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Cal Reiet.
