Half day retreat - Root chakra 9 am - 1 pm Saturday 30th April

This half-day retreat is part of a 7-part chakra series, created to help you focus on one main chakra at a time and choose the one that feels most aligned for you.

On this day, the attention will be on the root chakra. You will explore where it sits in the body, how it influences your sense of balance, and what may happen when it is in harmony or out of balance. The experience is designed to be gentle, grounding, and nourishing, with a special focus on the colour red. If you feel called to wear something red, you are warmly invited to do so.

Refreshments and a snack will be provided.
