Spend an extended autumn weekend with Holotropic Breathwork® in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
This retreat is open to everyone, and no prior experience or prerequisites are required.
Note: For participants who have completed, or will complete, a GTT Virtual Module, this double-breathwork fulfills the certification requirement.
Each Holotropic Breathwork® session offers direct access to your own inner healing wisdom. The experience may bring a unique blend of personal history, birth-related material, psychological death-rebirth themes, and a wide range of transpersonal states.
Supported by deep breathing, a specially curated musical journey, and a safe environment guided by trained facilitators, you can enter an expanded state of awareness for profound self-exploration and transformation. Mandala drawing and group processing are key parts of the integrative process.
