GROOVE at SAGRES

Sagres is known for its stunning natural landscapes, lively community, and strong ties to surf, yoga, skateboarding, and fitness. But what if there is more to discover? What if we could move beyond the physical and explore the deeper layers of our inner world?

WHAT IS SOMA GROOVE?

Soma Groove invites you to connect movement with meaning, and flow with feeling.

More than just an activity, it is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, your essence, and the Sagres community in a fresh and meaningful way.

This is not about performance. It is about listening, feeling, and simply being. It reflects the understanding that life is experienced through the body, and that the body holds what the mind may forget. Together, we will move through breathwork, somatics, free expressive movement, dance therapy, curiosity, emotional exploration, shadow work, ecstatic dance, sharing circles, and a deep sense of attunement and safety within the community.

FOR WHO?

Whether you are experienced in inner work or simply curious to explore something new, this session is open to everyone. No dance experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart. Guided by Vanda, a member of the local Sagres community, this is an opportunity to explore, connect, and transform in a space that feels like home.
