Step into a deeply restorative sound experience where gongs and other instruments are played above and around you, creating an immersive atmosphere that invites the mind to slow down and the body to soften. As the waves of sound fill the space, time seems to pause, allowing you to settle into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.

This unique session is designed to support energetic vibration throughout the body, helping you release tension and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Many participants describe the experience as soothing, expansive, and profoundly peaceful, with a quiet, zen-like quality that lingers long after the session ends.
