Gentle Beginners Yoga - Summer

During the summer season, this gentle beginners yoga class follows a strict pre-booking and pre-payment policy. To help ensure your place, it is strongly recommended that you reserve before 8pm the evening prior whenever possible. This creates a smoother experience for everyone and allows the session to be prepared with care.

Please note that transfers are only available if the class is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or if a doctor’s note is provided. To avoid a non-refundable cancellation, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the class start time.

This is a supportive and accessible option for those new to yoga, offering a calm space to ease into practice with confidence and comfort.
