Friday Evening: Heart Dance

The retreat “Friday Evening: Heart Dance” offers a deeply spiritual experience inspired by the Universal Heart Dances. Rooted in the teachings of American Sufi and Zen master Murshid Samuel Lewis, these circle dances are a powerful practice for opening the heart and experiencing the inner Divine in a direct and embodied way.

Within the Open Sky Community, these movements are far more than dance — they are a living expression of a shared spiritual path. They remind us that life itself can be a joyful, vibrant dance. Music has always been a profound source of inspiration here, and the discovery of mantra music has opened a new chapter: one that celebrates devotion, deep love, and the pure joy of being alive.

Guests can look forward to an evening that expands inner boundaries, opens the heart, and invites them into a welcoming community of awareness and movement.
