
Join this 6-week course and explore the foundations of Forrest Yoga in a supportive setting.
Built around five pillars — breath, strength, integrity, spirit, and going deeper — Forrest Yoga uses a distinctive sequence designed to develop strength, stability, and flexibility. The practice places strong emphasis on breath, core energy, and releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and hips. It can also be highly effective in supporting healing around injuries. Over six weeks, you will learn the core principles of the Forrest Yoga system, along with alignment techniques to deepen body awareness, breathe more fully, and strengthen the core.
This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with experience in any style of yoga.
€40 for 6 x 1hr sessions of Forrest Yoga.
