This retreat is an invitation to explore your inner fluidity, soften into the present moment, and move through life with greater openness and ease.
Here, yoga, embodiment, meditation, and contemplative practices are woven together with bodywork, ritual, and ceremony to create a deeply inward journey. Guided by the element of water, the experience encourages emotional freedom, flow, and a more natural way of being. Sound and touch will also be part of the immersion, supporting release, deep rest, and a sense of harmony across the subtle layers of self.
Fluid Body offers a week of beauty, serenity, and spaciousness, with time to reconnect to nature and rediscover a softer, more fluid state of being.
Mornings begin with a blend of meditation, pranayama, and asana. Drawing from traditional Yoga principles, Eva’s lineages, and an embodied approach to practice, these classes carry a more Yang quality: energizing breathwork, sweaty asana, and movement inspired by multiple modalities.
Evenings unfold with Yin-style classes, guided meditation, restorative movement, and somatic practices designed to calm the nervous system.
Inner Waters: Meditation & Journaling Circle
A guided meditation and reflective writing session centered on the water element. Together, we’ll explore themes of flow, surrender, and emotional clarity, followed by a sharing circle for those who wish to speak from their inner stream. A quiet and meaningful space to deepen your personal journey.
Hands of Water: Touch & Flow Workshop
An introduction to Zen Thai Shiatsu principles through the lens of fluidity. In this partner-based session, you’ll explore simple flowing touch techniques that help restore movement and balance in the body. No experience is needed—just presence and openness. You’ll leave feeling connected, supported, and softened.
Fullmoon Yin & Sound Ceremony
Under the gentle light of the moon, gather for a nourishing Yin Yoga session infused with restorative touch and sound healing. Expect deep stillness, oceanic breath, and the resonance of bowls and other instruments to guide you into a dreamlike state. A moment to release, reflect, and receive.
