First Degree Reiki

This two-day Reiki I training offers an introduction to the knowledge of Reiki, Golden Light Cleansing, Reiki meditation, self-healing and healing for others, and a closing Reiki celebration.

Note: The program may also be completed in one day without an overnight stay. You are welcome to attend the training and return to your own place afterward.

Schedule:

1st Day:

• Before 03:30 pm - Check-in, welcome tea, and briefing
• 03:30-05:30 pm - Reiki class and initiation
• 05:30-06:00 pm - Herbal tea time
• 06:00-07:00 pm - Dhyana yog (meditation)
• 07:00-08:00 pm - Dinner time
• 08:00-09:00 pm - Satsang and celebration
• 09:00 pm - Bed time (lights off)

2nd Day:

• 07:00-07:30 am - Wake up, yogic cleanse, herbal tea
• 07:30-09:00 am - Reiki I theory and practice
• 09:30-10:00 am - Reiki practice with the teacher and certificate award
• 10:00-10:30 am - Breakfast time
• 10:30-12:00 am - Shower / packed
• 12:00 pm - Check-out time
