The combination of yoga, meditation, hikes, and different detox fasting approaches creates ideal conditions for replenishing your energy and returning to everyday life with renewed strength. You can choose the fasting method that feels right for you. The classic detox fast according to Dr. Buchinger is a liquid-only program with juices, broths, teas, and water. Detox vegan alkaline fasting combines alkaline nutrition with intermittent fasting, including a daily 16-hour eating break. Alternatively, you may choose fasting-mimicking fasting, which stimulates autophagy through reduced calorie intake. Of course, the methods can be adapted to how you feel, changed at any time, or adjusted as needed.
Fasting for a week or longer while eating a plant-based, alkaline diet and staying active is a wonderful combination. Our bodies have always been designed for movement and moderate food intake. Use your fasting period to support your body through exercise and enhance the effects.
We practice Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, and Sukshma Vyayama. Yoga is a holistic approach that combines physical and breathing exercises with meditation. The Heart Chakra Meditation is a special experience, blending movement to meditative music with a final rest phase. If you would like to deepen your yoga experience, you can book the premium package.
Depending on the course location, you may have the chance to enjoy soothing massages. Spacious sauna areas invite you to restore balance between body and mind. At some locations, additional saunas and swimming pools are also available to further enhance your wellbeing.

Manor house in Mecklenburgische Schweiz: This manor house features individually designed rooms, a warm atmosphere, and plenty of space. The park and surrounding landscape make it easy to let go. Single rooms from 925.00 euros.
Country hotel in the Odenwald: A family-run house with stylish surroundings, cozy rooms, and a wellness area. Comfortable hiking trails lead through the attractive countryside. Single rooms from 1075.00 euros.
Hotel Central at Lake Achensee/Tyrol: Set amid the Tyrolean mountains, Hotel Central offers comfortable apartments and a family atmosphere. The region is ideal for winter sports. (Offers available in winter only). Single rooms from 1225.00 euros.
Enhance your course experience at Waldbreitbach Monastery with a new wellbeing feature: the newly opened sauna area with Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, and a stylish relaxation room is available for free use. For an additional fee, you can also book soothing massages on site, supporting the detox process and encouraging deep relaxation.
The retreat begins on the arrival day at 4:30 p.m. and ends on the departure day at 12:00 p.m. Shape your time according to the motto: everything is possible, nothing is required. One free afternoon is available for your own activities. Schedule changes may occur depending on the weather and the group.
