Explorative Aerial Yoga

Experience a fresh approach to yoga with the support of a swing that opens up more freedom of movement than a traditional mat practice. The gentle, rhythmic motion creates a unique way to explore the body, helping muscles and lymph tissue respond positively to the added resistance while encouraging a sense of ease and release.

This aerial yoga session also offers benefits for the nervous system and supports spinal decompression, all without requiring inversions. With a small class size, the experience is designed to allow for more individual attention and a practice that can be adapted to personal needs.
