Are you navigating a period of change and feeling called to strengthen your inner leader while helping shape a more sustainable, collaborative community?
This experience offers a fresh approach to leadership: one that softens the traditional leader-follower dynamic and replaces it with a shared model where people support, learn from, and take responsibility with one another.
Designed for leaders of all kinds, this program offers a transformational toolbox for people leading in families, communities, coaching, teaching, facilitation, and across a range of teams and sectors. The facilitation skills and processes shared here are intended to deepen leadership through co-leadership practices, grounded in the understanding that no single person has all the answers.
Experience Transformational Leadership:
The program is co-facilitated by members of Edge’s core facilitation team, along with special guests. Just as importantly, your own gifts, needs, insights, and wisdom will help shape the group experience as it unfolds.

Todd Lucier
Co-Founder, Experience Designer, Land & Facilities Care
Todd creates retreats and experiences that invite people to live with passion and purpose. In recent years, his focus has shifted to caring for and developing the land and facilities, including the ongoing problem-solving that comes with stewarding an off-the-grid, solar-powered center. He has spent decades teaching, mentoring, and consulting in community-based and regenerative tourism across Canada, and feels most alive in his rubber boots, working on the land or out on the water.
Deposits & Cancellations
Spaces are limited. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total balance reserves your place and helps with planning. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival.
Meals & Dietary Needs
Meals are an important part of the experience, with storytelling that highlights the seasonal flavors of the region and the people who grew the ingredients close to home. The kitchen balances globally inspired tastes with provincially produced foods. Meals are served buffet style, and weather permitting, guests often dine outdoors by the lake.
Itinerary & Program Timings
The schedule is tailored in response to guest interests, seasonal conditions, and unexpected opportunities. Each retreat includes time for dreamtime, adventure, community, creativity, nature, and a touch of surprise. Guests may also choose solo time or rest instead of planned activities.
Arrival Time & Directions
Arrival is between 2 and 3 pm, with programming beginning at 3:30 pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive on time and stay for the full retreat, which typically ends after brunch on the final day.
What to Bring
Since time will be spent both indoors and outdoors, please dress for the season and come prepared to stay comfortable, warm, and dry. There is no dress code; most guests dress “retreat-casual.” Guests are also invited to bring a surprise to share, such as a game, activity, instrument, song, poem, or tasty treat.
