We invite you into a rare and rigorous space of embodied practice, where conflict is not bypassed, but met with steadiness, skill, and presence.
If you are already holding communities, movements, or difficult conversations, this immersion offers a chance to strengthen your nervous system, refine your leadership, and expand your capacity to support transformation in real time.
Join us in Greece for seven days of advanced training, relational depth, and lived peace practice — where mastery is cultivated not in theory, but through embodied experience.
Peace is not the absence of conflict. For facilitators, coaches, and leaders today, the real question is not how to avoid chaos, disagreement, trauma, or friction, but how to remain grounded within it.
The Embodied Peace & Conflict Mastery Retreat is a 7-day advanced immersion at Zen Rock Mani for practitioners ready to move beyond resilience and into true conflict mastery.
Here, you will build the capacity to stay embodied in conflict and work with it rather than around it. Through live relational dynamics, demos, feminine and nature-based practices, and somatic movement, you will develop the tools to hold space with greater clarity and confidence.
This retreat is designed for those called to lead in times of tension and change. Peace Activator graduates step into roles as trainers, facilitators, consultants, educators, and movement leaders in schools, universities, the UN system, NGOs, and community-based organizations, where holistic peace work — including trauma-informed conflict transformation, natural wisdom, and spiritual psychology — is increasingly needed.
Medical Foundation, Macrobiotic Nutrition, Embodiment & Practice, Healing Treatments
This signature Medical Holistic Retreat is guided by leading doctors and clinical nutritionists. Through advanced testing and precision diagnostics, we identify dysfunctions in metabolic health and energy pathways at the cellular level. By addressing these root causes, we help reset and optimize the body’s natural healing functions.
This science-backed approach supports:
Nutrition is a central part of the healing journey. The macrobiotic-inspired cuisine emphasizes whole grains, seasonal vegetables, legumes, fresh local organic ingredients, and naturally minimally processed foods, with balanced meals designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
Daily embodiment practices help reconnect body and mind:
To complement the medical and nutritional framework, holistic therapies are also available:
Water is treated as a living, conscious element. Deepening your connection with it becomes a way of reconnecting with yourself and the source of life. This practice is offered as a reminder that we are far more than the physical, and that water can help restore our most joyful and empowered expression.
Breathwork is another key pillar. The retreat introduces simple and beautiful breathing techniques for relaxation, energy, deep transformation, and freediving. It all connects.
Freediving — the art of moving underwater on one single breath — invites an intimate experience of self through breath and water. It supports focus, presence, slower pacing, and stronger breath control, helping restore the mind-body connection and build resilience to everyday stress and pressure.
Mermaiding is a creative form of self-expression that brings the mythical mermaid or merman persona to life. It blends underwater performance, costume design, swimming with a mermaid tail, and artistic expression.
The experience begins with inner calm, empowered presence, and the breath-hold skills of freediving, then unfolds into a complete aquatic transformation. Rooted in mythology, symbolism, and folklore across cultures, mermaiding opens the door to imagination, play, and a deeper sense of magic in the water.
