Let body, mind, and emotions unwind as you move with complete freedom.
This gentle yet powerful form of movement offers minimal structure, inviting you to meet whatever arises in the moment. It is simple enough for beginners, while still deeply rewarding for those already familiar with free movement.
By following the natural flow, you can enter a deeper state of engagement, enjoy healthy exercise without effort, and allow boredom to fade. As tension softens, blocks and knots in the body begin to release, vital energy opens, and a sense of joy, happiness, and well-being emerges.
Suitable for both individuals and groups.
In our Ecstatic Dance sessions with music, we move through a simple wave, allowing the experience to unfold naturally. We begin with a slow warm-up, gradually building momentum and intensity, then release everything into a sense of expansion and freedom before easing back into stillness.
Afterward, we usually share a few reflections from our experience to deepen and integrate what has opened during the process.
A typical Ecstatic Dance session lasts from one hour to one and a half hours.
Availability
Ecstatic Dance sessions are usually available only when Peter is at Nirarta. Please ask about availability.
