Desert Healing Breathwork Experience - Palm Springs

Our curated Restorative Bio-hack Meditative Breathwork (RBMB) Techniques experience offers a powerful journey of healing and transformation, combining breathwork and reiki with grounding elements of sound healing and other restorative modalities. Designed to help release blocked emotional energy, it creates space for self-healing and renewed balance.

Over time, many of us learn to numb ourselves after being hurt, to move away from early-life trauma and abandonment, or to struggle with staying still and being fully present in the moment.

This Desert breathwork and Reiki experience gently supports the release of suppressed emotions, helping you reconnect with your feelings and engage more fully in life. Our breathwork techniques may support those navigating anxiety, chronic pain, depression, the emotional effects of illness, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

You will receive experienced and certified guidance.

Private sessions are also available for individuals, groups, and corporate teams. Newly introduced kids' sessions are available as well.

Cancellation & Refunds: 7 days before the experience if booked more than a week in advance, or 48 hours if booked within 7 days, and 12 hours if booked within 48 hours. Upon approval, we will provide store credit, updates, or a refund upon cancellation.
