A full week of yoga, connection, nature and the freedom to simply be yourself. If you would like to learn more, we are only a message away. You can also arrange a WhatsApp exchange or a Zoom call with no obligation to see whether this retreat feels right for you.
At times, what we need most is not to do more, but to feel supported enough to soften. This Deep Rest Retreat takes place from 10 to 16 October 2027 and is shaped around a simple invitation: let yourself be held.
With Yin Yoga, restorative practices, slow movement, breathwork and stillness, the week gives the body and nervous system time to settle. Rather than aiming for achievement, the practice is to receive, to listen, and to notice what becomes possible when you no longer have to carry everything alone.
This retreat creates space for deep rest in every sense: rest for the body, rest for the mind, and quiet moments where you can meet yourself exactly as you are.
Alongside the practices, there is time for nourishing meals, the sea, sleep, reading, gentle connection and unhurried pauses. There is nowhere to rush and nothing to prove.
Our hope is that you leave feeling softer, more supported and more at ease within yourself, with a deeper knowing that rest does not need to be earned.
Our yoga classes are gentle and designed to deepen your relationship with the body and your inner essence. Morning sessions are active yet soft; some feel flowing and creative, like a slow vinyasa rather than a power class or gym-style workout, while others are more like a breath-led moving meditation. Evening practices focus on relaxation, restoration and inner intimacy through Yin Yoga, yoga nidra and sound healing. We honour ancient yogic lineages and weave traditional elements into the practices.
inea teacher team, Sally
Each retreat includes daily yoga classes and guided meditation practices. From dynamic Vinyasa and embodied movement to restorative Yin Yoga and moments of stillness, the sessions are designed to help you unwind, reconnect and return home to yourself.
Whether you are relatively new to yoga or have been practicing for years, the classes are accessible, supportive and open to all levels.
Go beyond the mat and explore the deeper dimensions of practice. Throughout the retreat, we offer workshops and talks on yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork and living yoga in everyday life.
Our aim is not only to share knowledge, but also to offer practical tools and insights that support clarity, self-understanding and inner growth.
Experience the transformative power of mantra and sacred sound. Through chanting together, we create a space to quiet the mind, open the heart and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and connection.
No previous experience is needed. Whether you sing along or simply listen, mantra offers a simple and profound way to connect with yourself and others.
At ineayoga, our teachings are rooted in Non-Dual Tantra Yoga. In simple terms, this means we do not see yoga as an escape from life, but as a way to meet it fully.
Instead of striving to become someone else or reach a perfect state, Tantra invites us to meet ourselves with awareness, compassion and acceptance. Through movement, breath, meditation, mantra and self-inquiry, we reconnect with the wholeness that is already here.
Our approach is grounded in the traditional lineages of Trika, Krama and Sri Vidyā, while remaining accessible and relevant to modern life.
Discover the beauty of Corfu beyond the retreat centre. Join a guided walk through olive groves to the traditional village of Agyrades for a glimpse of authentic island life away from the tourist crowds.
You can also take part in the optional boat trip along Corfu’s stunning west coast, with several stops for swimming, relaxing on beautiful beaches and enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
In the rhythm of the retreat, a massage offers a chance to pause and simply receive. Jenny creates a nurturing space where body and mind can soften, helping you release tension and settle more deeply into relaxation.
Once you arrive on site, you will have the opportunity to book a massage with Jenny.
One of the joys of retreating in Corfu is experiencing the island itself. During your free time, you may explore the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Corfu, relax in local cafés, discover secluded beaches or drive through olive-covered hills and traditional villages.
You may also choose to visit the nearby islands of Paxos and Antipaxos, known for their clear waters, dramatic coastline and laid-back island charm.
We serve freshly prepared vegetarian and vegan food made with care. Breakfast includes Greek specialities, fresh fruit salad and porridge bowls. For dinner, you can enjoy traditional Greek and international dishes full of goodness. Most ingredients come from local farms.

Optional extras such as massages, boat trips or additional nights can be booked separately.
We are a small, family-run retreat center where the founders live on-site and personally host the experience. Our retreats combine traditional yoga and Tantra teachings with a warm, grounded atmosphere focused on real rest, authentic connection and personal transformation — just one minute from the beach on the island of Corfu.
Our retreats are warm, personal and down-to-earth — a space where you can relax, slow down and simply be yourself.
There is no pressure to perform, no need to be “spiritual,” flexible, experienced or “good” at yoga, and no roles or masks to maintain. Everything we offer is optional, and we encourage you to listen to your own needs and the rhythm of your body throughout the retreat.
While we share traditional yoga and Tantra teachings, the experience remains grounded and authentic, balanced by the joy and simplicity of island life in Greece.

Many guests arrive alone and leave with new friendships.
Guests come from many different countries and backgrounds, but they share a common wish: to slow down, reconnect and deepen their yoga practice in a supportive environment.
Most participants are between 30 and 50 years old, though we regularly welcome both younger and older guests. Many come solo, and both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
What connects people here is usually openness, kindness and a genuine interest in personal growth and authentic connection.
We offer three options: a single studio just for yourself, a private bedroom in a shared apartment and a shared twin room.
You can choose a single room with your own space and en-suite bathroom, a private room in a shared apartment with one other person and a shared bathroom, or a shared twin room with one other guest of the same gender. All options are comfortable and designed to give you a relaxed, home-like stay.
Yes. We offer free high-speed WiFi throughout the retreat center, and mobile phone coverage is generally very good, including 5G in most areas.
That said, many guests also enjoy using the retreat as an opportunity to disconnect a little and spend more time offline.

If you have allergies or specific dietary needs, simply let us know in advance — our kitchen team is experienced in accommodating special requests.
We share traditional yoga and Tantra teachings in a grounded and accessible way, without dogma or “woo-woo.” Our retreats are more about authentic practice, self-awareness and meaningful experience than following any belief system.
Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
