Heart & Soul Retreats invites you to discover the beauty, stillness, and transformation of Mt. Shasta through a deeply restorative retreat led by Dayna Fauth and Josephine Babiarz-Bertucci.

Mt. Shasta, the ancestral home of the Winnemem Wintu tribes, is regarded as a sacred and spiritual place. Many guests have described experiences of spiritual downloads, awakenings, and an overwhelming sense of deep inner peace.

When Dayna and Josephine traveled there together in March 2026, they felt a powerful return to themselves—a return to wholeness. Join them in April 2027 and experience that same deep inner peace for yourself.
