At the same time, they may feel abstract, hard to describe, and at times overwhelming. Such experiences can surface unexpected thoughts, memories, and sensations from the subconscious, making it difficult to understand their meaning on your own.
Join West Rock Wellness & Elm City Psychadelic Society for support in processing what you have experienced. We believe that psychedelic integration is more accessible with the guidance of others who can accompany you on your existential, spiritual, and therapeutic journey. Our integration groups offer a heartfelt, supportive space to unpack, explore, and share experiences within an intentional community of like-minded seekers. With respect for each person’s inner wisdom, these groups are non-clinical and non-directive, allowing for self-guided meaning-making and healing.
As we heal ourselves, we help create healing in our communities. Empathic listening and limited cross-talk help foster psychological safety, openness, authentic connection, and deeper exploration.
Anyone who has experienced an altered state of consciousness is welcome to attend.
