Description

We invite you to join a transformative retreat designed to deepen your connection with your authentic, evolving self.

Are you longing to move through life with strength, grace, and grounded confidence?

Over 6 powerful days, you will be guided into a journey of embodiment, creativity, and inner alignment. Through dance, ceremony, and yoga, you’ll explore the creative transmission of the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—opening the door to soulful expression and a more alive, centered way of being.

This retreat is for men and women who are ready to awaken their truth, ignite their power, and move with purpose.

Come home to your body. Come home to your essence.

Each of the 5 Elements will be explored across the 6-day experience, with one element receiving focus each day. Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Space will be approached through conscious dance, playful yoga, fascial movement principles, breathwork, and ceremony. As the elements come into balance, they support both the physical and energetic body.

This creates a more harmonious relationship with the chakra system and brings fresh energy into your whole life. The elemental map woven through the retreat is an invitation to discover the light of your inner healer and the wisdom held in your body.

This fall, we welcome you to Breitenbush Retreat Center for an immersive retreat experience that nurtures creativity, embodiment, and connection to the sacred wild feminine.

Testimonials

Creative Empowerment helped usher me into the next stage of my evolution. The safety and potency created by Brietta and Elizabeth coupled with healing waters of Breitenbush was like returning to the womb to be born again. The magic of this healing journey was only heightened by how fun and playful these teachers are. It allowed me to access my authenticity and do important work with lightness and levity. I also made lasting connections with the other participants. Witnessing their journey was very inspiring. – Kelly Jeanne
