Cottage Lake Bed and Breakfast Spiritual Retreat

Our Spiritual Retreat includes three daily one-hour meditation sessions, each using a different approach. Guests may also choose from optional services such as private yoga lessons, massage treatments, life coaching sessions, and astrological readings. If preferred, a Day of Silence can be arranged at no additional cost.

Meditation

• 1) Instructor-Guided Meditation – designed to cultivate a sense of peace through deep relaxation techniques and a gradual progression through other positive states of mind.
• 2) Japanese Zen Buddhist Music Meditation – intended to support well-being by uplifting the mind through spontaneous musical sounds.
• 3) Solo Meditation – features a 12-minute recording with guided imagery, music, and sounds of nature to help create an initial feeling of peace, followed by silence for the remainder of the session.

Optional Services

• 1) Yoga – a licensed instructor provides private sessions in your suite.
• 2) Massage – licensed practitioners offer a range of services and prices at multiple locations in town.
• 3) Life Coaching – Individuals or Couples (60 min/$125)
• 4) Astrological Readings – Individuals or Couples (Written report and 60 min/$250)

Day of Silence

The Day of Silence can be arranged for as many full days as a guest wishes. It includes the meditation program and any optional services selected. Lunch and dinner may be coordinated in advance to help support the experience.
