Costa Rica January Retreat 2027

Reconnect with yourself and move toward the direction you want to take.

Join Ilana Singer Siegal and the LifeWorks community for a retreat created for those longing for a deeper connection with themselves. Set in the peaceful beauty of Costa Rica, this experience welcomes people at every stage of life who are ready to explore what comes next on their personal path.

There is no rush and no pressure here—only the chance to settle into movement, stillness, and meaningful connection with others who want to live more fully. This retreat is not about fitting a mold; it is about honoring who you are and where you hope to go.

If this feels aligned for you, the team would be honored to welcome you.

• 2 to 3 daily movement classes, including yoga, body conditioning, and dance
• 3 buffet-style meals per day, with most dietary requests accommodated
• Infinity pool and luxurious resort amenities; spa treatments available at an additional cost
• 5-minute shuttle ride or 10-minute walk to the beach
• Plenty of free time to rest, reflect, explore, and join offsite excursions
• Dedicated space for self-reflection to support your journey
