You’re welcome to take part in as much or as little of the itinerary as you like. A full schedule of fitness and wellness activities will be available, with the hope that you leave feeling renewed, recharged, and inspired. Along the way, you may also build new friendships and deepen your appreciation for Pilates and fitness. Beyond the classes, there will be time to unwind by the pool, hike in the scenic Ramapo Mountains, enjoy healthy nutrient-dense meals, and join a local wine tasting. The goal is for you to return feeling toned, relaxed, and healthier than when you arrived.

Founder Katherine Marion knew how difficult it was to find a retreat centered on Pilates Reformer, and that vision helped inspire this experience. She has a deep love for teaching Pilates, enjoys nearly every style of group fitness, and has a passion for travel. She always wanted to create her own Pilates company and understood that many people do not fully know what Pilates is or how it can transform the body, mind, and life. After finding it nearly impossible to discover a retreat with Pilates Reformer at the core, she decided to create one herself.
The retreat includes Pilates Reformer, Pilates mat, HIIT, yoga, and meditation classes, along with generous time to relax and enjoy the pool, cold plunge, and sauna. It’s a beautiful way to experience Pilates, fitness, and wellness in a setting that also allows space for rest, shared moments with friends and family, and the opportunity to meet new friends from around the world.

Guests can enjoy a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms, including 3 bedrooms on the upper level and 1 on the main floor, making it well suited for families or groups traveling together.
Your stay also includes exclusive use of the guest house, which features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, adding extra privacy and flexibility. Additional bedrooms may be reserved for more guests upon request. Each bedroom is individually climate-controlled with its own AC setting and fan, allowing everyone to personalize their comfort.
Premium details throughout the home include Frette linens, down pillows, and comforters, with non-down bedding available upon request. The result is a refined and restful environment designed to make every guest feel at ease.
