I do this work because: It brings me deep joy and purpose to witness profound transformation unfold over just a few days. I also value working alongside some of the kindest people I know. My own experience has shown me that there is an entire universe within us, full of exquisite qualities, and I want as many people as possible to discover it. The world needs more people willing to open their hearts.
How psychedelics changed my life: They have given me direct, unforgettable experiences of key Buddhist and spiritual teachings. They have shown me what it means to be human, cut through illusion, and deepened my appreciation of beauty, patterns, and mystery. They have helped me stay playful, joyful, creative, and honest, while also opening the door to more genuine connection.

I do this work because: I am inspired by transformation and by the uniqueness, vulnerability, and courage of everyone who comes on retreat. Each retreat offers a new way of seeing and knowing.
How psychedelics changed my life: In a gentle and sustained way, they helped me become more open to what is, and reminded me of my place within the web of living things. They supported me in processing deep grief and encouraged humility about what the mind can know. That humility made space for awe and reverence, which, together with somatic practices and dharma, has softened and widened my everyday experience.
