Let's rediscover the breath. Regular, conscious breathing is one of the most important pillars for inner balance and well-being. It has a direct impact on the heart, the nervous system, the brain and digestion, and thus on our emotional and psychological well-being.
I invite you to experience a session of mindful, circulatory breathing. This is a powerful technique to help resolve psychosomatic issues, release stuck emotions and clear energetic blocks. It activates the body's metabolism, suppresses inflammatory processes, and helps you breathe easier by expanding the bronchial tubes and expelling the "dead" air accumulated in the lungs.
This breathing has a profound effect - it helps to move what has been stuck in the subconscious for years: fears, tensions, emotional knots.
Clothes - comfortable, unrestricted.
Recommendation - no eating for at least one hour before the session.
