




Modern research continues to show just how strongly our emotional experiences shape health and longevity. Even when we understand that connection, knowing how to cultivate emotional wellbeing is not always simple.
Over this weekend, participants will be guided toward greater emotional intelligence and clearer perception. Through lectures, interactive exercises, live music, breathwork, movement practices including yoga and dance, and meditation, we will explore how to recognize our feelings and respond to them with greater awareness.
Using Ayurveda as a framework, we will look at emotional wellness in a way that supports healing based on what is arising in the present moment. This approach can deepen our connection with ourselves and with others.

Movement will be led by guest faculty Sunshine Zerda and will include a transformational dance experience with somatic release. The program is open to everyone, from complete beginners to advanced Ayurveda students.

Tuition of $1600 for two-week programs and $2900 for four-week programs includes your accommodations, meals, and workshop. A non-refundable $20 fee is collected when you apply, and will be applied to your deposit if you are accepted. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $480 holds your space for two-week programs, and $870 holds your space for four-week programs.
