Set at Lower Marsh Farm in Saltash, the location feels wonderfully secluded while remaining easy to reach. A direct train from London takes just 2.5 hours to Plymouth, followed by a short taxi ride to the farm. There are also direct routes from Bristol, or you may choose to drive and park on site.

The retreat accommodation includes luxury cottages, hot tubs, and an outdoor swimming pool, all set within a peaceful rural setting. If you are joining as part of a group, cottages and/or rooms can be coordinated for sharing. Classes take place in a beautiful beamed space created for movement, with some sessions held outdoors beside the pool when weather allows.

Retreat schedule:

Friday: Arrival at 3pm, afternoon tea, 5pm welcome Pilates (90 minutes), 7pm dinner, 8.30pm sound bath to support deep sleep
Saturday: 8am morning Pilates (75 minutes), 9am breakfast, lunch and free time in the afternoon to book a massage, swim, play tennis, or enjoy a hot tub, 5.15pm evening Pilates, 7pm dinner, 8.15pm fire pit
Sunday: 9am breakfast, 10am Pilates (90 minutes), 12pm goodbyes
