3-Night Festive Restorative Yoga Retreat with Michelle Spencer

Leave the seasonal rush behind and step into three days of calm, connection, and festive cheer at our award-winning retreat in the beautiful Tamar Valley. Easy to reach from London, this peaceful setting gives you space to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore before the holidays.

Stay in luxurious, cosy accommodation designed for effortless comfort, with soft blankets, quiet reading corners, glowing fires, and a gentle hygge atmosphere throughout. Delicious, nourishing meals are prepared from scratch with seasonal ingredients, many grown on-site through regenerative farming practices, offering food that truly supports body and soul.

Your retreat includes six restorative yoga classes, a festive wreath-making workshop, and a seasonal visit to a local market, with a boat journey possible if the tides allow. In the evenings, enjoy wine tasting, hot chocolate, mulled wine, and relaxed laughter shared by the fire.
