A gentle, slow-flow yoga class open to all levels, whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an established practice.
Designed to welcome everyone, this session combines full-body stretching to help release tension, breathwork, and slow, flowing movement to support strength, mobility, and balance.
Throughout the class, a range of options and variations will be offered, allowing those who prefer a slower pace to move comfortably, while also giving others the chance to add a little more challenge and deepen their practice.
Depending on the day, you may move between different approaches. Some sessions will explore yin, others sun salutations and flowing sequences, and some will blend both styles.
Movement is medicine for the body: it can ease tension, settle the nervous system, and simply feel good.
Come and discover more about the benefits of yoga. We will explore different styles, breathwork, and the calming qualities of Hatha, Yin, and restorative yoga, while staying mindful in every movement.
* No experience needed.
* No equipment needed; everything is provided, though you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
* No regular exercise routine or current yoga practice required.
In these sessions, you will be guided through poses and stretches at a relaxed pace, with props used to support the body. This class is ideal for anyone wanting to move more and improve everyday mobility.
We will explore yoga for your body, with different options to suit every body, including those living with arthritis, tightness, or injuries.
