Designed for dedicated practitioners seeking depth and refinement, this structured 7-day yoga immersion takes place near Bentota, Sri Lanka, in an intimate setting with a maximum of 6 guests. Across the week, participants can expect a focused and supportive experience that goes beyond movement alone, blending philosophy, anatomy, alignment, and consistent practice into a well-rounded learning journey.
Each day includes two yoga practice sessions, offering plenty of time to explore technique, build confidence, and develop greater awareness in both body and mind. The small group size allows for personal attention and a more tailored experience, making it easier to ask questions, receive guidance, and progress at a steady pace.
This immersion is ideal for those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga while practicing in a calm, concentrated environment. With its balance of study, movement, and reflection, the program creates space for meaningful growth and a more intentional approach to practice.
Designed for shared stays, this room offers either two single beds or one double bed, making it an ideal choice for friends or couples looking for comfort and simplicity. Each room includes a private ensuite bathroom, along with a private balcony where you can enjoy a quiet moment in the fresh air.
Set within a newly built courtyard house inspired by traditional Sri Lankan architecture, the space feels open, peaceful, and centered around a beautiful garden. High ceilings, soft natural light, and cotton linen create a calm and inviting atmosphere, while the rain shower adds a refreshing touch to your daily routine.
For added comfort, the room is equipped with air conditioning and a fan, helping you stay relaxed throughout your stay. Located just 10 minutes from Bentota beach, it offers a restful base close to the coast.
This single room is part of a small boutique yoga retreat near Bentota, designed for a deeply personal stay. With just four private rooms and a maximum of eight guests, the atmosphere feels intimate from the very first morning. You can arrive any day and settle into a place where you are known by name, not treated as a room number.
Set around a central courtyard garden, the retreat is run by Danushka and his family. Danushka leads every yoga session himself, morning and evening, while his wife Kanchana prepares every meal from scratch. There is no staff rotation, no substitute teacher, and no anonymous check-in — just a warm, genuine welcome that many guests describe as feeling like home.
The setting is intentionally small, and that is part of its charm. By the second morning, guests often already know one another, creating a friendly atmosphere that feels closer to staying with family than at a wellness hotel. Many visitors say it is the most personal retreat they have ever experienced.
All packages include accommodation, daily yoga, all meals, beach tuk-tuk, and activities — with no extras and no surprises.
