One day includes an excursion to Rovinj, where you can stroll through its charming streets and take in its colorful character, history, and Mediterranean charm. In the evenings, two special dinners at carefully selected local restaurants invite you to savor the atmosphere and flavors of the Adriatic coast.

Your journey begins in the afternoon in Fažana, a seaside village located just 20 minutes from Pula Airport. From there, you will take a 20-minute boat ride to your home for the next five days: Brijuni National Park.
After arrival, check in at Hotel Neptun and take time to settle into your room and absorb the island atmosphere.
In the late afternoon, the group gathers for an opening circle followed by a gentle Pilates class. It is a chance to arrive fully, connect with one another, and set intentions for the days ahead, all while surrounded by pine trees, sea air, and island calm.
Dinner is served at the hotel.
Begin the morning with an energizing combination of Pilates and functional fitness designed to awaken the body and build strength from within.
After the session, enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel.
Later in the morning, explore the natural and cultural beauty of Brijuni. You may wander through the botanical garden, visit the open-air zoo, or simply relax by the sea with a book in hand.
In the afternoon, the pace softens with a restorative Pilates class focused on mobility, deep stretching, and mindful movement.
Dinner is served at the hotel.
The day starts with a dynamic Pilates and functional fitness session, gradually introducing more challenging variations while always offering modifications for every level.
After breakfast, head out to discover Rovinj, a picturesque town known for its colorful streets, historic character, and unmistakable Mediterranean scent. There will be time to explore and enjoy the coastal atmosphere at your own pace.
Dinner will be shared in a traditional local tavern in Rovinj.
By now, the morning practice feels familiar: a balanced blend of Pilates and functional fitness to challenge, strengthen, and energize the body. The exercises progress, though foundational options are always available.
The rest of the day is yours. Enjoy a massage, swim in a hidden bay, or visit one of the oldest olive trees in the Mediterranean.
In the afternoon, come together for a calming Pilates session centered on deep stretches and full-body release.
For dinner, take a complimentary boat ride back to Fažana and enjoy local delicacies by the sea at sunset.
The final morning begins with a balanced full-body workout — a final opportunity to move, breathe, and savor time together.
After breakfast, it is time for departure, or perhaps the beginning of a longer stay in Croatia.
The retreat takes place at Hotel Neptun, ideally located in the heart of Brijuni National Park. Built during the Austro-Hungarian era, the hotel combines historic charm with modern comfort. Spacious sea-view rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom, satellite TV, a minibar, and more.

Once Tito’s private retreat, the islands feature museums, ancient olive groves, and archaeological sites. Deer and peacocks roam freely, while the open Safari Park, home to exotic animals including the famous elephant gifted by Indira Gandhi, adds a sense of wonder.

Manuela has practiced yoga for more than 20 years and has been teaching for over a decade. With a martial arts background, she has always been drawn to a dynamic yoga style, with a focus on Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. As one of the first certified KATONAH YOGA teachers in Germany and Europe, her Vinyasa style is deeply influenced by Taoism, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), and the alignment principles of the KATONAH YOGA tradition.
Beyond being a yoga and Pilates teacher, Manuela has a gift for explaining technique while weaving in philosophy, helping students explore deeper layers of body and mind. Her teaching combines strengthening physical practice with Pranayama, meditation, and restorative techniques to support balance and center.
Sasha is a passionate yoga practitioner, experienced yoga teacher, and tour guide. She spent several years working for one of the world’s largest travel companies, leading tours in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia, and her love of travel, tourism, yoga, and adventure inspired her to found Fige Yoga Adventures®.
She became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 in Croatia. Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is known for making complex ideas accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
A devoted dog lover, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and horseback riding.

The reservation fee of 400 € is non-refundable unless Gipsy Travel Agency (GTA) cancels the program. In that case, the full reservation amount will be refunded. GTA will inform participants of any cancellation at least two weeks before the scheduled retreat start date.
GTA is also open to considering alternatives for guests unable to attend the original retreat. In some cases, the reservation amount may be applied toward a future retreat, offering flexibility in unforeseen circumstances.
