Certified Yoga Teacher E-RYT500 • Vinyasa & Katonah Yoga. With more than 20 years of personal practice and over a decade of teaching, Manuela brings a strong and grounded presence to every class. Her background in martial arts naturally led her toward dynamic yoga styles, with a deep focus on Ashtanga and Vinyasa. As one of the first certified KATONAH YOGA teachers in Germany and Europe, her approach is shaped by Taoist philosophy, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), and the alignment principles of the KATONAH YOGA tradition. In addition to teaching yoga and pilates, she has a special talent for explaining technique in a way that connects movement with philosophy, helping students explore deeper layers of body and mind. Her teaching combines empowering, strengthening physical practice with pranayama, meditation, and restorative techniques, supporting balance between polarities and a return to center.
