Nutritious meals, daily yoga, breathwork, sound healing, massages, waterfalls, and more are all included.

WHERE? Set in the lush jungle of Costa Rica, this retreat takes place at Hacienda Latica, a beautiful lodge in Guanacaste, just 10 minutes from the beach. Liberia is the closest airport. With a pool, fire pit area, and a setting surrounded by endless greenery, it is an ideal place to disconnect from routine and enjoy life at a slower pace.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

YOGA EVERYDAY Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin styles. Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and sandbags are provided.
WATERFALL DAY TRIP An excursion to a waterfall, followed by lunch at a local cafe.
CACAO CEREMONY Marian brings us together through the spirit of cacao in a ceremonial space, creating connection with the land, the culture, and one another.
SOUND HEALING A powerful experience with Lau and Jerad of PuraVida Vibrations.
TEMAZCAL CEREMONY A traditional sweat lodge experience led by Costa Rica’s own Flor De La Vida, believed to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit.
BREATHWORK A beautiful group breathwork experience.

DAILY SCHEDULE Below is an example of the daily flow. The schedule may change depending on weather and the specific activities planned for the day.

MORNING MEDITATION AND FLOW 7:30am - Each morning begins with a short meditation and yoga practice led by Andi or Jamie.
BREAKFAST 8:45am - Nourishing meals prepared by the talented chefs of Tico Gourmet, who are local to Costa Rica.
WORKSHOP / CEREMONY 10am-12pm - Some days include a workshop, while others offer free time. Topics include alignment, noni, and Flower Therapy.
LUNCH 12:30pm - All meals are plant-based and gluten free. Eggs are available daily, and dietary restrictions or accommodations can be made.
POOL TIME/ MASSAGES 1:00pm-3:30pm - Enjoy the pool, explore the property, read, sunbathe, or take a walk to the coolest local cafe.
SNACK 3:15pm
YOGA 4pm-5pm - Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin styles.
SOUND HEALING/CEREMONIES 5:30pm - Sound healing, cacao ceremony, and the Temazcal take place in the evenings on different days.
DINNER 7pm

5 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION A beautiful property immersed in nature, with a pool, fire pit, AC, and a location near Playa Negra.

ALL MEALS Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and tea are provided. Meals are plant based, with the exception of eggs.

MASSAGE One complimentary 60-minute massage is included per person, with the option to add more.
